Jordan is known to be the home to more than 100,000 archaeological, religious, and tourist sights. Aside from that Jordan has a lot of celebrities that have made it worldwide or even countrywide.

1. Emanne Beasha

She was born on 18 September 2008 in Amman, Jordan. She is a classically trained singer, and winner of the fifth season of the program Arabs Got Talent. She auditioned for Season 14 of America’s Got Talent. 

She advanced to the Judge cuts round, she was on the fourth episode of America’s Got Talent’s Judge Cuts. Her performance was enough to earn her the golden buzzer. She the only individual act to receive the buzzer in different global versions.

In the end. she was not in the top 5 acts and she finished in 9th place.

2. Haifa Kamal

She is a Jordanian singer and record producer of Palestinian descent.

earned her bachelor’s degree in Arabic music and Arabic singing. She continued to participate in concerts with her father’s musical group. 

The regular Arabic music concerts in the National music conservatory alongside Amman Symphony Orchestra. She performed as a solo vocalist with many professional musical groups and orchestras locally in Jordan and internationally.

She is a Jordanian singer of Arabic pop, television host, and actress. She released a lot of singles from 2003 to 2012. She has been in a lot of films and was able to get recognition through all her appearances on the big screen.

4. Omar Al- Abdallat

He is a singer-songwriter who has been credited with popularizing Bedouin music. He has produced and performed a number of the most famous Jordanian patriotic standards. 

He has also represented Jordan in several multicultural events throughout the world. He is also popular in the various cities of other Arab countries.

He was awarded the Order of Culture, science, and arts ‘level of brilliance.

5. Mutaib Al-Saqqara

He was born on 22 January 1959 and died on 24 April 2021. He was a singer and was famous for performing traditional and patriotic songs.

He performed many national sports and heritage songs that were based on the well-known art of Al Joufiyah in the region of Hauran. He also participated in many national operas and festivals such as the Jarash, and Al Fuheis festivals.

Over the course of his career, he has released many albums and presented a number of joint songs with Amal Shibli. Nahwand, and Diana Karazon. His most famous song was Kindra of Millions which he performed to celebrate the Iraqi journalist Montazer Al Zaidi.

6. Issam Alnajjar

Born on 12 May 2003, he is a singer and an actor. He is well known for his debut single Hadal Ahbek which became popular via the online app Tik Tok. Influencers like David Dobrik and Addison Rae used the slow version of the song.

His music career began when he started posting videos on his Instagram and YouTube channels of him singing. In 2021, Alnajjar became the first artist to be signed to Universal Arabic Music a division of Universal Music Group.

After he became recognized he released more music and gained a large following by collaborating with famous artists.

7. Aziz Maraka

He is a composer, singer, performer, and producer. He created a music style called Razz, and Arabic Rock- Jazz fusion that garnered regional attention. Aziz has traveled around the world in several festivals and events including a Red Bull soundclash event.

In 2011, he created his company Maestro Entertainment as a music and event production business. The company launched Bands Across Borders as the first annual concert and comedy platform in Jordan.

The latest BAB music festival was in August 2016 and featured a lineup of alternative and hip-hop artists including Adonis, DJ Sotosura, Muqata’a, Satti, and Yazan Haifawi.

8. Naser Mestarihi

Naser is a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He is the first rock musician to ever officially release a rock album out of his birthplace Qatar.

He began performing at the age of 17, he had a minor international exposure two years later when he was featured on a Danmarks Radio documentary in 2006. In his solo career in 2007, he performed a handful of shows in the United Arab Emirates.

He specializes in guitars, bass, and vocals making him a very talented artist. Some of his notable shows include his performance at the United States Military Base camp.

He has cited many bands as influences on his music, his favorite band is Guns N’ Roses, he however has also cited classic rock bands such as Van Halen, Black Sabbath, and Thin Lizzy.

9. Hani Mitwasi

Hani is a Jordanian Palestinian singer- a musician who is famous for singing in the Spanish- Levant music genre. After years of following his passion for Spanish and Flamenco music, he got BA in music science at the Jordan Academy of Music in 2005.

His album Ozran Habibi didn’t include the usual Spanish-Levant style but it consisted of 9 originals that were based on the modern style of Levant music.

In 2013, he performed live along with Alberto Lopez and his band at the Flamenco Levant concert which had 5,000 people. The concert was recorded and released in an album called ‘Live Concert’

Hani continues to part a role outside the stage where he was appointed as one of the judges in the talent show of Jordan Star in 2015 and 2017.

10. Adham Nabulsi

Adham was born on November 20, 1993, he is a Jordanian Palestinian artist, vocalist, producer, composer, and songwriter. He debuted on television when he participated in The X Factor.

In 2013, he auditioned for the first series of the Arabic televised singing competition The X Factor Arabia became in third place.

He received more than 100 million views in 5 months for his song Howeh El Hob. Some of the instruments he can play are piano, guitar, violin, harmonica, accordion, synthesizer, and clarinet.

He had a concert at Carthage International Festival where he reached his second 100 million views in 3 years for his song Naskha Menelik. He retired from the industry on 20 December 2021.

Over the course of his career, he has released many songs, some of them including, Ossetna Kholset, La Baed Khlena, Shedni Ghmorni, Howeh El Hob, and Hathi Ente W Hatha Ana.
