Theory restaurants are owned by two couples namely Julia and Tom and to open the restaurants they first traveled extensively around the four corners of the globe.

However, concerned about the environmental impact they advocate “healthy eating” and veganism, and they, therefore, brought back many ideas in their suitcases to create 100% veggie burgers and side dishes without lacking flavor.

Moreover, the restaurant has two outlets located in Paris in the 3rd arrondissement and also in Levallois-Perret however their menu is different depending on the restaurant you are in. 

In addition, most of the dishes and side dishes are 100% vegan and homemade from fresh products including fries, potatoes, buffaloes, sauces, seitan steaks, breaded soybeans, and vegetables.

The restaurant is being managed by two brothers David and Adrien however it has been managed by the two since September 2015.

The restaurant menu is regularly refreshed according to the products and the seasons and therefore you can come and taste their vegan dishes from Wednesday to Sunday.
