This wonderful bar is located in Via Labicana n. 125. It’s a  special location for an unforgettable experience. The Court Cocktail Bar has a beautiful, intimate and private courtyard. But at the same time, it overlooks the splendour of the Colosseum and Ludus Magnus. The Ludus Magnus is the largest of the gladiatorial gyms in Rome. It was built by the emperor Domitian (81-96 AD) exactly between the valley between the Esquiline and the Celio. The remains of the complex were only discovered in 1937, but the excavations were completed after twenty years.
The gymnasium developed on two floors and there was an ellipsoidal arena where the gladiators practised.
