1. Vysosky Ujezd

Vysokjezd is a quiet community close to Beroun that offers convenient access to outdoor sports and family-friendly living. The village is sandwiched between Esk Kras and Kivoklatsko, two big protected landscape areas perfect for hiking, biking, and exploration.

There are a lot of new communities with low-energy houses and gardens. Prices are fair because few foreigners have even heard of the area. 2. Pruhonice

Pruhonice, a small town, has developed into an unofficial colony of Prague. It is a location to visit outside of the city for more peace and greenery. In Pruhonice, the cost of real estate has dramatically risen during the last ten years. A typical home in the village is presently selling for 7–10 CZK million. Two adjacent towns that provide comparable beauty at more reasonable prices are Cestlice and Dobrejovice.
