What's in our tour?
Eat at award-winning restaurant Na/Na as a guest of chef Nathaly Nicolas-Ianniello, and discover the magic that goes into a gourmet restaurant.
We start at a local farmers’ market. Sweetest melon, tastiest meat, creamiest cheese, and fluffiest fish fillet: we learn how a restaurant professional picks the best produce.
We then head to Na/Na restaurant. Chef Nathaly greets us and personally advises us on our lunch choices.
Throughout, our host gives us not only insights into the smells and flavors we are experiencing, but also running commentary on any food topics: how to pick a good restaurant, how to win a Michelin star, how to obtain special treatment in a restaurant etc .
As chef Nathalie prepares our meal, she discusses the vision – and the work – behind her acclaimed, farm-to-fork, restaurant.
You will not just eat well: you will gain priceless insights into what a fine restaurant is all about, and into how to get the most of any restaurant experience..
